The Pit-A-Press technique
is for daring people who really want to do detective work and seek out and
control their own set of trigger points.
Place the Relax Mat® under your arm with the desired knob against the muscle
mass at the top of your rib cage as the model is demonstrating. By closing your
arm and pressing up, you will trap some trigger points.
Press arm in for pressure. Always remember the 12/7 principle. Following areas
on the diagram on previous page press into each trigger point.
Do your favorite stretches, provided by your health care professional.
