Ah Yes! We tend to hold our
heads forward as we work, cook, write, read and especially lean over computer
keyboards. As a result the pectoral muscles tend to shorten and tighten.
Trigger points in these muscles are good ones to check and keep free of
myofascial pain. This technique "re-educates the pectoral muscles to hold
head and shoulders in proper alignment.
