You can do this technique
with or without socks or with massage oil...sure feels good on those tired
Sit in a comfortable position and place the ball of your foot on the desired
knob. Never stand on a knob to do your Foot-A-Mat technique.
Work along the inside and outside of the bottom of your foot, always using the 12/7
count and treat yourself to a foot massage.
Do your favorite stretches, provided by your health care professional.
This technique is also very suitable for aquatherapy. It is wonderful to work
the foot in water, with or without 1 drop of oil. Remember to never stand on
