Position
The model is showing the body side press as she leans into the wall. She is
pressing the full length of her outer arm. Then she uses the Relax Mat® on
the inside of her arm by pressing her arm against the trunk of her body.
Press
Press into the Relax Mat® inch by inch, using the 12/7 principle.
Stretch
Do your favorite stretches, provided by your health care professional.
